The Washington site includes the following programs in Washington State:
Judicial Assistance Services (JAS): JAS is a program offering judicial families confidential assistance with mental, emotional, drug, alcohol, family, health and other personal problems. Services include assessment, referral, short-term, long-term counseling, follow-up and training.
Online Ethics Program: A new online ethics education tool is available free to judges, judicial families and the public. The program includes information in a question and answer format regarding campaigning, fundraising, charitable activities and more.
Mentoring Program for Judicial Spouses: The Washington Chapter is currently seeking input on the level of interest in a mentoring program for judicial spouses. The intent is to provide assistance and resource information with respect to new issues for a judicial spouse such as ethics, security and the stress facing families new to public life.
